SeaTech Solutions International (SSI)  has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Inkster Marine AS to establish a strategic collaboration for the development of projects across the naval, marine, commercial, and offshore sectors.

The partnership brings together the complementary expertise of both companies to deliver integrated vessel solutions that address the evolving needs of the global maritime industry. Under the collaboration, SeaTech Solutions International will contribute its expertise in vessel design and naval architecture, while Inkster Marine AS will provide specialised capabilities in cargo and fuel gas systems.

Together, the companies will develop innovative and efficient vessel concepts that support the maritime industry's transition towards lower-carbon operations and align with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) 2050 decarbonisation ambitions. By combining their technical strengths, the partnership aims to deliver practical, future-ready solutions that enhance vessel performance, safety, and operational efficiency.

In addition to technical collaboration, the MOU provides a framework for both organisations to jointly pursue business opportunities, exchange technical knowledge, and promote integrated marine solutions to customers across the international maritime and offshore markets.
